With over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, Tracy Stalker brings a deep understanding of both operational excellence and client service to her role at Stalker Financial Group. Her career began in 1989 at North American life (now Manulife), where she gained foundational experience in group pensions and benefits. Following industry mergers, Tracy joined Great West Life (now Canada Life) in 1997, continuing in group benefits. Before transitioning into payroll in 1998, through strong dedication and work ethic, Tracy received her PCP designation and was shortly after promoted to Team Leader. She spent several years overseeing payroll operations with precision and professionalism.
In 2012, Tracy made the decision to join Stalker Financial Group, bringing her leadership, organizational skill and client-first mindset to the growing family-ran firm. As office manager and client services lead, she plays a pivotal role in the firm’s daily operations, overseeing administrative systems, supporting advisor teams, and ensuring clints receive prompt, personalized service at every touchpoint. Known for her ability to wear many hats, Tracy is often the behind-the-scenes force that ensures everything runs smoothly – from coordinating complex schedules to managing operational workflows. Her high standards, attention to detail, and commitment to doing things the right way have earned her the respect of clients and colleagues alike.
